I'm going to try to lose weight fast
So you're probably asking yourself what I'm doing suddenly talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because the other day I found myself in a position to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and was a very intense experience. By the time I got to the top, I was sweating profusely, huffing and puffing, my face was red, and I felt terrible. I excused myself and went into the bathroom, splashed some cold water on my cheeks, and looked up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I need to lose weight and fast.
In some ways, I actually feel like I'm turning into my father. He was a ferociously fat man, with a great sense of humor and a solid, good-natured outlook on life. But I tell you, he was huge. And now I'm getting big also. Now don't misunderstand, I love my pops, but I very much want to avoid getting to 300 pounds. Because once you get that big, there's not really any way of turning back.
So I've been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to lose weight really fast. My wife wants to join me, telling me that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which should definitely make it quite a bit easier to stick to whatever diet plan we end up using. There's an awful lot of weight loss advice out there.
I'll keep you guys apprised of how well the weight loss plan is turning out for us. I realize weight loss will be difficult, but it's what has to happen as far as I can see, so I am going to really be trying hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
