How many energy drinks do you drink in day, week, or month?
At one time or another you have probably drank Starbucks Energy drink, Red Bull, Monster, or Rock Star to name a few. The concern is not necessarily the rush, but the crash, and pinch on the pocketbook. A few of the negatives drinking many of these drinks with high amounts of caffeine and sugar; it can dehydrate and acidify the body.
What does drinking too much of these drinks result for your health?
Too many energy drinks consumed daily is hard on the body and it can cause the body to break down and get sick especially with lack of sleep and dehydration. If you want to stay healthy, eating fresh fruits and vegetables, half your body weight in ounces of alkaline water is your best. You can spend a lot of money on energy drinks and you don't see a dime back unless you recycle the can. It's understandable people are holding off purchasing "wants" because extra income isn't available as it was. Buying an Energy Drink every day is like going to Starbucks and getting the venti.

The good news, there is an Energy Drink alternative that is caffeine free, low on sugar, and healthy for you, relatively inexpensive, but you get to make some money too! Can't complain about any of those benefits! Plus my three children and wife love them!
