As water is one of the most natural forms there is no need for one to look at the calories or any of the artificial ingredients that may be present in it. The more water one has the better as this is the key ingredient to keep ones body health always. For those that do not like to drink so much of plain water can add some lemon to it.
Lemons of course are all natural and all you would need to do is squeeze into your water and there you would have a nice and healthy drink.
