Usually, college graduates don't have adequate knowledge about their craft, did not have adequate training, did not handle related devices, and lastly do not have prior experience.

College doesn't do a very good job at training students for these professions. Lessons in college occur in lecture halls and classrooms, not in the studio. Many school cannot even afford the apparatus needed to do well in these professions, and if a school does have the proper equipment, individual students really don't get to use the equipment enough to learn it properly. Entertainment professions require a lot of experience especially with regards to handling machines because employers are looking for prospective employees that do not need a lot of coaching. Most learning materials used in colleges don't contain the latest information thus the students find it hard to adjust in real life setting.

Entertainment Career Connection scam might not be true but that does not mean that these courses should be taken casually. Hard work is needed and hard work is necessary in Entertainment Connection. Students are still expected to study and strive with their teachers, complete assignments, and thoroughly master the craft.
