There's really no Entertainment Career Connection scam, it is not true. In a community where getting the career you want and the appropriate education to get it seems impossible, Entertainment Connection can seem like a scam.
The whole purpose of education is to train individuals a certain set of skills that can help them find a living after. As education progressed, the way people were educated developed as well. For certain careers, people went to schools and universities, to master their craft. For other professions, students had to apprentice with someone in the field, and be taught that way. Right or wrong doesn't exist when it comes to learning, but in some professions there are some techniques of teaching that are deemed more effective.
For a career in the entertainment business, attending college may not be the right route. The entertainment industry is one place that pupils find their diplomas have no significance in. Chiefly because those who are in the entertainment field have determined that college students are not who they want to hire. Usually, college graduates don't have adequate knowledge about their craft, did not have adequate training, did not handle related devices, and lastly do not have prior experience.
College doesn't do a very good job at training students for these professions. Lessons in college occur in lecture halls and classrooms, not in the studio. Many school cannot even afford the apparatus needed to do well in these professions, and if a school does have the proper equipment, individual students really don't get to use the equipment enough to learn it properly. Entertainment professions require a lot of experience especially with regards to handling machines because employers are looking for prospective employees that do not need a lot of coaching. Most learning materials used in colleges don't contain the latest information thus the students find it hard to adjust in real life setting.
Entertainment Career Connection scam might not be true but that does not mean that these courses should be taken casually. Hard work is needed and hard work is necessary in Entertainment Connection. Students are still expected to study and strive with their teachers, complete assignments, and thoroughly master the craft. This is why there isn't any Entertainment Career Connection scam since the students who went through these courses are able to land steady jobs. Employers appreciate students who graduate from practical programs such as Entertainment Connection because they trust they will get the job done.
